As you may already be aware, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on Friday 25th May 2018. The Town Council would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we only use any personal information that you have supplied to us in relation to acting upon any representations that you have made to the Town Council or in relation to any of the local services that we provide.
In accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, the Town Council have adopted the following policies and forms in order to comply with the requirements :-

How we store information: We take data protection seriously and ensure that we store physical and digital data securely. All digital information is stored on password protected secure servers and all physical information is held in a locked alarmed area. We keep the minimum amount of data necessary and limit the accessibility of such data as much as possible.
